What if the Celts who lived in the lands just north of the Danube river like the Boii and the Harii, and the Volcae were able to resist the Germanic invasions and control the Danube (apart from Dacia) the same way the Germanic tribes controlled the lands east of the Rhine River.

There are many nomadic invasions after the Germanic ones, I doubt the Celts will manage to survive the Magyars, Avars, Slavs etc.
