[1] While England might not want this match, per D.R. Watson’s bio of Charles I, it was only James I’s death that killed the negotiations. OTL Heinrich was a landless exiled prince and grandson of a king, son of a traitor, TTL, he’s still the son of a traitor but he’s sure as Hell neither landless or exiled and he’s the heir to the throne of England.
[2] I don’t see her settling for less than a king for her eldest daughter, however, Protestant kings are a bit thin on the ground
[3] This marriage was wanted by both sides OTL, but his mother, Elisabeth Charlotte of the Palatinate, waded in and forced him to marry Luise Henriëtte of Orange instead because of her dowry
[4] No papist sister-in-law to name her after
[5] Naming a son after the Catholic king of Spain (Philipp) in England likely wouldn’t go over well. Also, Esmé, 1e Duke of Richmond died in 1624 with no children causing the title to revert to the crown
[6] Elizabeth’s last child TTL
[7] Drowned en route to Spain

Children's names are arranged incorrectly. the eldest daughter will be Elizabeth, for (Isabella I, Queen of Castile and Elizabeth of York), not Margaret, because Henry's relationship with his sister Margaret was not the best, it was the closest To Mary Tudor, and Margaret was closer to Arthur .

Maria of Portugal will not be born because with England not being in her marriage options, Eleanor of Austria will marry early to Antoine, Duke of Lorraine, or Sigomond, King of Poland, as her grandfather wanted her to marry.

Edward I marries Berengaria of Castile, not Eleanor of Castile and Henry of Almain marries Eleanor of Castile as part of the marriage deal between Edward I and Berengaria

Having Henry to die instead of Elizabeth would not change anything for Catherine of Aragon AND Isabella would still die before Henry VIII’s 15th birthday who was the date wanted by theCatholic Monarchs for the wedding between Henry jr and Catherine. And paying the remaining of Catherine‘s dowry only at the moment of her second marriage was also a decision of her own parents (who had also agreed to pay Catherine’s expenses until her second wedding).
The eldest girl will be an Elizabeth (after BOTH grandmothers) and I do not expect to see any Margaret among them.
Maria of Viseu likewise will NOT exist here as Eleanor, without an English match, will be engaged elsewhere in childhood and in any case will not marry Manuel. Also I doubt who Charles V would marry Henry VIII‘s daughter as here his betrothal with Mary Tudor would have no reason to being broken
